Recruitment, Strategies for Attracting and Retention of FacultyPersonnel for Excellence, Promotional Ac. venues, Career Ladder

The Employees shall be recruited as per the policy of state Govt. The advertisement for recruitment shall be published in the daily newspaper and the applications for the different posts shall be invited. These candidates shall be interviewed by three experts from the relevant subject in the presence of a nominee of State Govt./ governing council member.

All the Employees shall be paid the salary as per UGC/AICTE/State Government norms.

The teachers shall be promoted for higher education to achieve the excellence in teaching. They shall be awarded with necessary incentives for their timely achievements that shall impart stars to the institute as well as themselves.

Policies for Teaching and Non-teaching Staff Development

All the teaching faculties will be provided the necessary support to attend thestaff orientation programme /refresher courses as per UGC/AICTE norms. Every member is providedeight academic casual leaves and 10 medical leaves every year.

The non-teaching staff shall also be promoted for skill up gradation and knowledge up gradation as and when required

Permanent and Contract Services for Teaching, Non-teaching andother support Personnel

All the faculties recruited by the govt. procedure shall remain as permanent employee after the completion of his/her probation period while the rest shall be on contractual basis until the respective candidate of a particular category shall be available.

The non-teaching clerical staff and technical staff shall also be made permanent after scrutinising their performance.

Total Quality Management - Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)

In the emerging global scenario of competition-focused education and training,quality sustenance and quality enhancement in the institutions has gainedgreat importance. The institute shall establish Internal Quality Assurance Cell that shall ensure qualityin different activities related to academics and administration of the college.
Based on the feedback of students and parents/stakeholders various improvement strategies recommended by the IQAC shall be implemented in order to develop quality culturein the campus.
